The hotel has excellent location. It is right on the beach and next to the famous archeological site of Akrotiri. It is 1-5 min walking to a row of excellent restaurants which we had 3 dinners there. It is next to a pickup place for a boat tour to the red, white and black beaches. The hotel is newly remodeled and decorated. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious. The linen is very clean. We had maid service every day of our stay. I had a strained angle and the owner kindly relocated me to a room at a room at a lower level so I did not have to climb many stairs and our breakfasts were delivered to our room daily. The hotel is at the beach and we enjoyed sunrise from the terrace every day. Excellent stay.

The main building has been modernised while beautifully maintaining a lot of the original 250 year old features. We booked based on the design renderings and the real thing absolutely lived up the the design pictures. We stayed in the executive suite and we’re thrilled with the room, pool and restaurant. Probably the best in Perrisa, we stayed for 3 days with a very good price. Love the 5 mins walk to the beach and enjoy a coffee there. Nice cute kittens accompany in the hotel.
